What is cashU ?
cashU is a prepaid Internet payment service. An alternative to credit cards, cashU is an accepted payment method with Skype, Offgamers, Paybycash,Bentelhalal,Souq, and many other merchants. How do I get started?
Register for a free cashU Payment Account. Anyone with an email address can get started. Once you are registered, cashU sends an email with the account details and an activation code. Fill in your profile details and you are free to explore all the options of your cashU Payment Account.
Your cashU Payment Account will initially have a zero balance. cashU's base currency is USD, since most transactions on the Internet are in United States Dollars. Since it's inception, cashU has maintained a fixed exchange rate: 50 cashUs = 1 USD.

cashU Payment Accounts
The cashU Payment Account is used by shoppers to purchase goods or services from cashU. Every cashU Payment Account has a unique 16 digit Account Number, that is used on the Payment Page on a Merchant website. When registering for a Payment Account, you can choose your Username, and modify the Password later, but you cannot choose your Account Number unless you register with a cashU Black Card.

Funding Methods
Ukash - Payment system from the United Kingdom, also accessible in other countries throughout Europe. People can pre-pay for items online using "Ukash" which can be purchased at many shops. Each Ukash voucher purchased has its own unique 19-digit code which is then entered on the checkout selection of a shopping website. If there is any change then another code is generated.
In the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany & the Netherlands consumers can get Ukash vouchers from thousands of locations such as convenience stores, newsagents, post offices and petrol stations.
UAE Exchange - You can add funds to a cashU Payment account from any UAE Exchange branch. All you have to do is provide the 16 digit cashU Account number and the amount you like to add to your cashU account. This service is only available in the UAE.
OneCard - Users can now add funds to their cashU account using OneCard, which has over 8000 retail outlets in Saudi Arabia. Gold, Silver, and Platinum OneCard account holders can add funds to their cashU accounts, which allow them to make payments on cashU’s international merchant base.
Bank Transfer - Bank Transfer offers the lowest exchange rates between your local currency and cashUs. This service is currently available in Jordan and UAE, via HSBC.

How to make a Payment
cashU Merchants have different methods of checkout - some have wallets where you can add funds, some have a shopping cart, some have a simple integration using the cashU Buy Now button. Regardless of what the flow of payment is, sites that have integrated with cashU eventually end up at the cashU Payment Page.
Here the user is to enter his 16 digit cashU Account Number and Password. These can be accessed from the Account Area in the left, or from the Account Activation Email sent during the registration of the cashU Payment Account.
